Job Description :-

1. Excellent knowledge of the engine, CR FIE, sensors, TD requirements.

2. Awareness of Tractor and Genset related interfaces with engine wiring harness requirements.

3. Excellent Understanding of electronic fuel injection system / CRDI, etc.

4. Excellent knowledge of power electronics.

5. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

6. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Proficiency in computer-aided design CREO, AUTOCAD, WINDCHILL software is a plus.

Responsibilities :-

1. An in-depth understanding of new engines wiring harness Designs & layout.

2. Understanding of CAD integration of wiring harness with the engine, electronic sensors, actuators.

3. Check feasibility & performance improvement of existing products.

4. Knowledge and use of Pro-calling software for wire harness design & development would be an added advantage.

5. Ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards for safety, quality, and performance.

6. Drive innovation in design, technology, and performance to create cutting-edge products.
