Job description & Responsibilities :-

1. To ensure that production plan vs actual should meet.

2. To work with concern departments to identify troubleshoot & resolve production problems.

3. To prepare management required data and submit as per schedule.

4. Review with employee each performance factor used to evaluate his/her performance.

5. To take interview for Team member selection.

6. Minimize cost and waste and ensures conformance to safety & quality standards.

7. Arrange the training according to the job requirement.

8. Responsible for the success & failure of the project.

9. Should have worked on SMT machines (Preferably - Fuji / Koh young) i.e. AOI /Reflow / SPI / Printers/ Mounters/ ICT / FCT

10. Should be able to handle programming and troubleshooting of SMT machines

11. Promotion of Kaizen Activities at Shop Floor

12. Identify Losses & initiate Corrective Measure

13. Reduce Rework & Line Rejection Percentage

14. Monitoring Plan vs Actual & Ensure Delivery on Time

15. Awareness Training to all Team Member Regarding Safety Concern at Shop Floor.
