Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Arranges store items and supplies, ensuring ease of retrieval.

2. Issues spare parts to the users based on authorized requisition.

3. Assists the Stores Officer in raising purchase requests as may be delegated.

4. Follows up with procurement to ensure timely supply of the items.

5. Maintain and manage the store premises neat and clean. Resolve and handle customer issues effectively. 

6. Display, stock and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily. 

7. Handle merchandise in a store in a safe and secure manner.

8. Implementing goods receipt /issue procedures.

9. Tracking inventory.

10. Putting goods in the warehouse.

11. Arranging goods in the warehouse.

12. Strictly complying with regulations on fire prevention.

13. Ability to adapt quickly to the working environment.

14. Good teamwork skills.
