5. Develop a vision and roadmap for the product portfolio based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and industry insight.

6. Work closely with Technology Development of various BU and SCM teams to manage the product portfolio assortment and simplification aligned with the vision.

7. Oversee and steer product development from ideation to product launch.

8. Liaise with Purchasing to develop cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and finished products as relevant.

9. Develop a forecast for the product portfolio based on input from marketing, sales, and market analysts and manage its delivery.

10. Prepare product portfolio selection guidelines with identified key benefits.
