Job Description & Responsibilities :-
1. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality control system for the manufacturing plant.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
3. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components.
5. Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
6. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with customer service and other relevant departments to address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
8. Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
9. Proven experience in quality control management within a manufacturing environment.
10. Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and tools.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the industry.
