Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Discipline Management, Attendance/Roaster Management of Team Members as per the business requirement, Ensure team is properly groomed and following company uniform standards.

2. Teams attendance and rosters to be maintained by SM.

3. Store Management is solely responsible for all activities happening at his store like, opening time of stores and working conditions of CCTV and all store assets.

4. Ensure store phone number is ON and all customer calls are handled professionally. Any missed calls to be called back.

5. Ensure proper leafletting in their stores .Distributon of store targets to their teams and motivate them to achieve their goals .

6. Ensure all company SOPs are strictly followed and no deviation from process is allowed.

7. Ensure proper training to be given to your team via training manager.
