Job Description :-
1. The Researcher, will be responsible for coordinating and managing the faecal sludge/ septage management laboratory.
2. The job profile also includes managing and carrying out sampling and analysis of faecal sludge / septage samples, development of protocols for faecal sludge characterization and performance testing of decentralized treatment technologies, thus helping in designing and maintenance of wastewater and septage management systems.
3. Analyze samples, surveys, and other information to identify and assess threats to the environment.
4. Prepare geological maps or resource management, using results of fieldwork or laboratory research.
5. Analyze and interpret geological data, using computer software.
6. Investigate soils, minerals, rocks, or fossil remains.
Responsibilities :-
1. Collect and compile environmental data from samples of air, soil, water, food, and other materials for scientific analysis. Analyze samples, surveys, and other information to identify and assess threats to the environment.
2. Develop plans to prevent, control, or fix environmental problems, such as land or water pollution.
3. Conduct and communicate scientific work for the benefit of society, with excellence, integrity, respect, fairness, trustworthiness, clarity, and transparency.
4. To practice science ethically and to contribute their knowledge, findings, and developments to the public.
