1. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data & Volume data, (Coordination with in internal department for input such as budget, forecast, other MIS data) do analyse trends to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and assist in creating financial forecasts, compare actual result with budget and forecast.
4. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
6. Taxation: Assist in tax calculations, filing, and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws. Good Knowledge of Direct and indirect taxes.
7. Financial Systems: Utilize financial software and tools to record, track, and analyze financial transactions. (Well versed with in SAP)
8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data, resolve discrepancies, and support financial initiatives.
10. Other necessary and adhoc work requirement related to finance based on availability.
