Job Description & Responsibilities :-
1. Identify and apply metrics which lead to successful customer satisfaction.
2. Evaluate staff aptitudes for effective customer service.
3. Define issues, analyze customer problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions and recommendations.
4. Monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization\'s final products in order to meet established quality standards.
5. Identify, investigate, and prepare reports on quality issues.
6. Perform line clearance, inspections, and physical testing in manufacturing areas.
7. Interpret generated data and communicate results to Quality management.
8. Maintain effective communication and partnership with Operations and Materials Management department.
