Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sports Coach to join our School. 

2. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and be able to inspire them to achieve their best.

4. A sports coach works with athletes to improve physical skills, mental skills, and team skills.

5. Coaches teach Students how to optimize physical performance, how to transfer physical skills into mental skills, and how to be an effective team member.

6. A sports coach also trains Students in specific areas, such as running, kicking, throwing, hitting, and catching.

7. A coach helps Students develop proper form, and monitors their.

8. Train and develop Students in all sports.

9. Create and maintain positive relationships with Students, parents, and coaches.

10. Assist in recruiting and retaining Students.

11. Plan and implement sports programs.

12. Establish training schedules, practice plans, and game schedules.

13. Monitor, control, and evaluate progress of Students.

14. Develop and implement an annual sports budget.
