1. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

3. You will receive training from the company on products.
4. Conduct market mapping in industrial areas/clusters as identified by the Regional Sales Manager through fieldwork.
5. Identify target segments for Staffing & NAPS products.
6. Build a client base from scratch.
7. Attract new clients to our company.
8. Make initial pitches of our products to customers.
9. Deliver presentations to customers.
10. Close deals with the support of the Regional Sales Manager.
11. Achieve value and volume targets.
