Job Description & Responsibilities :- 

1. Be responsible for risk monitoring activities in the allocated geography.

2. Experience to handle functions / products URC (Liability products) / JLG & MEL (Asset products) / BC operations.

3. Conduct regular visits to the branches, borrowers, especially borrowers disbursed under deviation category.

4. Monitor compliance to audit findings/feedback and seek necessary action if compliance not satisfactory.

5. Identify red flags based on data analysis and/or as suggested by management.

6. Investigate these red flags to find cause of concern and root cause. Prepare Investigation Report based on findings.

7. Follow up visits in case of critical observations escalated by team or identified by audit team.

8. Timely, accurate, concise, and effective documentation of reports on exceptions observed as part of monitoring visit.

9. Support management in branch expansion and other operational aspects including training, hiring, area selection etc.

10. Scan the market for local intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.

11. Attend local/state level industry association meetings etc representing the bank.

12. Open to continuous knowledge development regarding sectors rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
