Responsibilities :-
1. Handling international customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits .
2. Following up to ensure resolution on call.
3. Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
4. Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
5. Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
