Job description & Responsibilities :-
1. Facilitate new hires for the company.
2. This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers.
3. They will on-board new employees, and guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation.
4. HR represents both the employee and the company.
5. Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
6. They\\\\\\\'re also in charge of making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.
