Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Achieve the set targets on MLAP Loans in terms of open market acquisition and existing potential customer conversion.

2. Maintain database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter.

3. Attend X (to be defined) number of prospects in a day/week/month to generate leads and references for MLAP Loans.

4. Should be ready to travel extensively across the catchment area of the location to build the base of business.

5. Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient and accurate services and establish professional relationship with them, with a long-term perspective.

6. Guarantee confidential treatment of all the information gathered from customers and demonstrate the highest order of integrity as per the code of conduct of the organization.

7. Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to MLAP Loans, perform simple financial analysis, present the loan applications to the sanctioning committee by adhering to the set TAT & prioritize the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality.

8. Visit the customers business and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following the Product Policy procedures.

9. Coordinate with the credit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems in customers information, reports, etc. through Cluster Manager MLAP.

10. Maintain up to date knowledge of MLAP product as well as a working knowledge of other products offered in the branch.

11. Inform Cluster Manager MLAP about the demand in his/her assigned branch catchment as well as on the competition on a regular basis.

12. Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self.

13. Should be updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the location of operation.
