1. support multiuser computing environments and ensure the smooth operation of IT services. 

2. They may also be involved in identifying network issues, fixing them, identifying cyber security threats, and devising ways to prevent intrusions.

Responsibilities :-

1. Typing up documents, responding to business enquiries, drawing up contracts and providing customer service. 

2. You are likely to be processing lots of information using a computer, so you\'ll need strong IT skills. 

3. Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
