Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Knowledge of Computer Hardware troubleshoot.

2. Computer Networking knowledge

3. Basic understanding of Microsoft OS internals

4. SQL Server: Understanding of SQL queries.

5. Understanding of Windows Server working

6. Installation and support end-user devices

7. Participates in the implementation and support of IT-related policies.

8. Any certification like CCNA, MCSE preferred not desirable.

9. Create / Maintain support solutions and documentation for the users.

10. Small knowledge of SAP Business one will be added as advantage.

11. IT Asset and inventory management.
