1. Typically, 5+ years of experience in sales and at least 2-3 years in a similar industry.

2. The Sales Manager B2B Packaging Products is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team\\\'s activities related to B2B packaging product sales. 

3. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the packaging industry.

4. Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master\\\'s degree preferred).

5. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

7. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

8. Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

9. Knowledge of relevant sales software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities :-

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.

2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their performance.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

5. Possess in-depth knowledge of packaging products, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.

6. Manage and allocate budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

7. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, tracking progress against goals.

8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

9. Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

10. Conduct performance reviews and set performance targets for the sales team members.

11. PET Preforms, HDPE Closures, Shrink Film, Stretch Films, Metal Crowns, LDPE Liners etc.

12. Managing Key Account, Business Development, building long term relationship with Customers and ensure revenue growth for Rigid and flexible packaging products, etc.
