Job Description :-

1. Typically, 8+ years of experience in sales and at least 2-3 years in a similar industry.

2. Proven experience in a leadership role within the packaging industry or a similar B2B sector. 

3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

6. Leadership and team-building skills.

7. Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.

Responsibilities :-

1. Develop and execute the strategic plan for the B2B packaging division, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives.

2. Drive sales and marketing efforts to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Business revenue of up to 1000 Cr.

3. Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

4. Manage the division\'s budget, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.

5. Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff members.

6. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to introduce new packaging products, ensuring they meet market demands and industry standards.

7. Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.

10. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing the division\'s performance and future strategies.

11. PET Preforms, HDPE Closures, Shrink Film, Stretch Films, Metal Crowns, LDPE Liners etc.

12. building long term relationship with Customers and ensure revenue growth for Rigid and flexible packaging products, etc.
