Job Description & Responsibilities :-

1. Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customer

2. Approving & rejecting loans based on available data

3. Ensuring all loans & lending procedures comply with regulation

4. Analyse the application received and access the creditworthiness and household requirement of the customers through the application received.

5. Fill in the gaps in the application in case required by talking to customers.

6. Double check the correctness of the information provided by the Sales team.

7. To interact with the customer over the phone or personal discussion depending on the case, to understand the loan requirement of the customer.

8. To travel to meet new customers, facilitate efficient as well as effective credit appraisals and understand the actual socio-economic scenarios at the customers workplace or home location as a part of the verification process as and when required.

9. Underwriting the cases: Recommend the loan applications come for review for sanction or Rejection based on the fact-finding and analysis done.

10. To coordinate with all the concerned teams like IT, legal. Projects etc. to get expedite sanction of the case.

11. To guide the sales team regularly on the product norms and documentation part.

12. Be up to date with the current industry standards, market scenarios and company processes.
